They have handled all aspects of securities litigation, shareholder derivative actions, private securities disputes, and defense of actions filed by the SEC.

Representation of Public Utility and Telecommunications Companies

Urrabazo Law P.C. attorneys have extensive experience representing public utility and telecommunications companies.  We have handled numerous lawsuits defending claims of negligence based on allegedly defective equipment, business disputes, including claims for intentional and/or negligent interference with prospective economic advantage, intentional and/or negligent interference with contractual relations, defense of tort claims, claims alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, eminent domain actions, and premises liability.  We also have significant experience representing public utility companies seeking damages under California Public Utilities Code section 7952, Government Code Sections 4216.2 and 4216.4, and defending property damage claims brought by cities and municipalities.
